Production & Dispatch As all items are handmade or made-to-order, please allow 2–4 weeks for production before your order is dispatched.

Shipping Times Delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that shipping times are in addition to the production period.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

International Orders For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Parcels If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate with GSL.
